LandSeed is a non-profit organization tackling the Canadian housing crisis with a unique, data-powered approach. We bridge critical gaps in the housing ecosystem by integrating deep community market data with advanced AI systems. Our focus is on crowdsourcing and identifying obstacles to attainable affordable housing, allowing us to deliver structured, scalable solutions where they are needed most.

Our Commitment: We are driven to uplift those in housing ownership need, including first-time homebuyers, seniors, immigrants, single parents, environmentalists, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Our vision is to pioneer data-driven designs and value structures for entry-level housing across Canada.

      • Document the CRM structure and create a quick-start guide for team onboarding.
      • Provide training support for staff and volunteers on CRM best practices.
      • Advise on integration options (Buildertrend for construction, Salesforce for real estate partners).
      • Ensure the setup is cost-effective and scalable for nonprofit operations.

    Required skills and qualifications

      • CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel).
      • Technical Skills: Ability to configure boards, columns, automations, and integrations within Monday.com.
      • Workflow Design: Understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and project tracking.
      • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with API-based integrations or third-party connectors (Zapier, Make).
      • Training Ability: Comfortable creating simple guides and conducting onboarding sessions.
      • Problem-Solving: Ability to design solutions within budget constraints and adapt to nonprofit needs.

    Preferred Experience

      • Experience setting up CRMs for real estate, construction, or nonprofit organizations.
      • Knowledge of Buildertrend or similar construction management tools.
