    Description

    Position Summary

    Supports the development and delivery of training programs that prepare campaign staff and volunteers for their roles. Assists with scheduling, materials, communication, and day-to-day execution of training activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in preparing training materials, guides, and presentations
    • Coordinate training schedules and communicate session details to staff
    • Support onboarding by helping new team members navigate initial training
    • Track attendance, participation, and training completion
    • Provide logistical and administrative support to the Staff Training Manager
    • Additional duties as assigned
