    Description

    The Volunteer Coordinator supports SHINE by recruiting, organizing, and communicating with volunteers who assist with programs and community events. This role helps ensure volunteers are prepared, scheduled, and supported so events run smoothly and families have a positive experience. The Volunteer Coordinator also helps welcome new volunteers, maintain volunteer records, and foster a positive and organized volunteer environment.
