Description
The Education Over Debt Scholars in Sneakers Scholarship Banquet aims to connect students and community leaders as a way to support each other, build awareness, and develop relationships. As such, students learn the importance of community involvement, civic responsibility, and gain insights from community leaders and experienced professionals. Volunteers will have an opportunity to network with the persons in attendance. There will be a virtual run-through meeting a week prior to the event to help volunteers prepare for the event.
Attire: College T-Shirt & Sneakers
If volunteers do not have a college T-shirt, they can wear an EOD T-shirt provided at the event.
As such, we are looking for volunteers to help in the following areas:
- Participant Check-In
- Ushering & Seating
- Photography & Social Media
- Set Up & Decorations
- Break Down & Clean Up

Directions
We will have purple and green balloons outside along with entrance yard signs. We will be in Bldg II for the event and someone will greet you at the door.
