    Description

Build a relationship with a hospice patient in Wake County

Support for hospice patients and their families: By visiting with a hospice patient, you will allow caregivers and families the opportunity to take care of necessary errands such as: pick up medications and groceries etc. Family members appreciate a visit from a compassionate friend (you) who understands what they are going through. You can read to patients; help write letters or just listen to their incredible stories.
