Job Summary:
The role of a Human Resources Associate (HR Associate) is crucial in shaping and maintaining the workforce dynamics of an organization. This position serves as the backbone of the HR department, facilitating various administrative and operational functions that contribute to the overall employee experience. As a pivotal support role, HR Associates are tasked with bridging communication between management and employees, ensuring that workplace policies are consistently applied, and the company culture thrives. Their work enables HR strategies to effectively align with business goals, fostering a diverse and empowered workforce. You’ll help transform human resource data into meaningful insights that guide more intelligent decision-making and support our mission of empowering small businesses and community-focused organizations through transparent human resource analysis and management.
What you will do:
- Assist on the development of HR strategy to improve workplace culture, client relationships, or employee relations
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with team members to support special projects and HR initiatives.
- Partner with clients on the development of Human Resources processes and initiatives.
- Review, analyze, and formulate HR strategies that contribute to client success.
- Gathering and performing HR data for data analytic reports
- Create and calculate Human Resource quantitative metrics
- Provide HR tools for client success
- Developing Talent Management and Performance Management programs for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business and/or related field/equivalent experience
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications
- Worked with a nonprofit or community project before, preferred
- Strong communication skills, organized, and time management
- No experience required, but all encouraged to apply!
