Help A Neighbor Start Their Day with Mass. Volunteer Driver Needed!

Do you have a kind heart and a reliable car? Starting in January, we are looking for a volunteer driver to help a Senior Neighbor get to morning Mass at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Des Moines, WA.

Your time and support would mean so much. This simple act of service helps make attending Mass possible and starts the day on a positive note for a neighbor in our community.

Volunteer Services is a program of Catholic Community Services that assists low-income older adults and adults living with disabilities. Volunteers can assist with Transportation, including rides to Medical appointments, Grocery shopping, and Personal errands. With a little help from volunteers, clients can continue to live independently in their homes.

Due to the vulnerable population we serve, volunteers must complete an application form, pass a Washington State Patrol check, and attend an orientation.
