Education Program Assistant (Volunteer)

Asia-Pacific Youth Culture Foundation (APYCF) is a nonprofit youth organization supporting youth culture, education, and community programs across the Asia-Pacific region, with activities in Mainland China, South Korea, and Singapore. Since January 2025 our programs have reached 380 children and youth and rescued/re-homed 214 stray animals. This is an unpaid volunteer role (20+ hrs/week, 2-month minimum, rolling start). Responsibilities: - Liaise with education partners in Mainland China, South Korea, and Singapore - Track scholarship progress and student files - Organize application materials and follow-up records - Draft progress briefs and case stories - Join online meetings and take minutes - Handle routine Chinese-English project emails Requirements: - Current student or recent graduate; Education, Social Work, International Relations or related majors preferred - Detail-oriented, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets - Strong written Chinese and English To apply, please send your English resume to careers@apycfoundation.org with the position title in the subject line.
