Description
A Bright Night gala will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2027 at Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley!
- Secure Sponsorships: Help meet or exceed the annual sponsorship goal.
- Sell Tables/Tickets: Engage friends, colleagues, and business contacts.
- Lead by Example: Make a leadership gift during Fund-A-Need and encourage guests to do the same.
- Give/Get Commitment:
- Sponsorships (personal or solicited)
- Table/ticket sales
- Additional gifts before the event
- Fund-A-Need contributions (self and guests)
- Event Participation: Attend the gala and purchase a table.
- Meetings: Join monthly planning meetings (more frequent closer to event).
- Stewardship: Thank and engage a portfolio of 20+ guests/donors.
- Post-Event Debrief: Participate in feedback and improvement discussions.
- Recruitment: Help bring in new committee members.
