    Mission

The KeelWorks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) approved nonprofit foundation dedicated to' to support a better world by fostering learning competence, emotional intelligence, and networked intelligence, with a particular focus on empowering the economically disadvantaged. We aim to promote global economic equality through individual empowerment and inclusion, ultimately creating a more peaceful and equitable world.

We specifically aim to bring greater participation to the economically disadvantaged across the globe and in building a system to support upward mobility. We operate on the belief that unrealized human potential is a loss for everyone, that circumstances don't define individuals, that the hunger for learning is universal, and that every learner has unique gifts. Our programs include KeelWings, which provides practical experience for recent graduates, and KeelMate, which supports the experienced professionals.

    About the Role

KeelWorks is looking for a Google Ads Admin to help us share our mission and reach more people through online advertising. This role is great for someone who has some experience with Google Ads — or who’s learning and eager to grow their skills with guidance and support.

You’ll help manage and improve our Google Ads campaigns, including those supported by the Google Ad Grants program. Your work will help raise awareness, connect with donors, and increase visibility for KeelWorks’ programs.

    About the Position

    • Key Responsibilities include:
    • Help set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video).
    • Use the Google Ad Grants program effectively and make sure we follow all guidelines.
    • Research keywords and write simple, clear ad copy that supports KeelWorks’ mission.
    • Track how our ads are doing and share what’s working (and what’s not).
    • Suggest ideas to improve results and test new ways to reach more people.
    • Work with the communications and marketing teams to match ads with other outreach efforts.
    • Learn and stay up to date on Google Ads tools and best practices.

    What We’re Looking For

    Required (or Willing to Learn):

    • Some experience with Google Ads (or completion of Google Ads training/certification).
    • Basic understanding of keywords, ad performance, and how to track results.
    • Comfort with tools like Google Analytics (or interest in learning them).
    • Attention to detail and interest in learning the right way to manage nonprofit ad campaigns.
    • Passion for KeelWorks’ mission and values.

Nice to Have (but Not Required):

    • Experience with Google Ad Grants for nonprofits.
    • Familiarity with SEO or digital marketing.
    • Interest in A/B testing, retargeting, or audience segmentation.
    • Strong writing skills for ad copy.
    • Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related fields — or equivalent experience.

What You’ll Gain (What's in for you)

    • A chance to make a great impact and contribute to a cause that improves the lives of people.
    • An opportunity to help build a high-performing, engaging and mission-driven environment.
    • Great work experience and exposure to diverse projects that make a real difference.
    • Expansion of your professional network & exposure to working for a non-profit.

"If you have the time, experience organizationing operations, ability to guide others, and a desire to contribute to a meaningful cause, we can use your help." Keelworks Founder
