Florida Youth At Risk is a youth-centered nonprofit that empowers underserved youth through music, creative programs, community events, and leadership opportunities. We are building a brand that reflects the energy, talent, and vision of the youth we serve.
A&R Rep (Artist Development / Scouting)

- Share what you look for in new talent
- Talk about how artists are supported creatively
- Explain how scouting and development works
- Encourage youth to refine their unique sound
- Who You Are:
- Involved in A&R, talent scouting, or music development
- Good ear for music and mentorship
- Excited to help young people grow
