Adult Volunteer – Content Lead (Email & Website)

TEDxSouthlake is looking for an Adult Volunteer Content Lead to oversee email marketing and website messaging. This role will help shape how we communicate with our audience through newsletters, automated emails, and website content.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure every message reflects the spirit and voice of TEDxSouthlake.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp

• Help write and edit email newsletters, announcements, and website copy

• Maintain and organize the email list and audience segments

• Monitor email performance (open rates, click rates, conversions)

• Coordinate messaging across email, website, and marketing campaigns

Ideal Candidate:

A strong communicator with experience in email marketing, content writing, or digital communications. Familiarity with Mailchimp, email automation, or audience segmentation is a plus.

Location:

Remote, but the desire to meet in person for the event in Southlake, TX, in November 2026.

Time Commitment:

Approximately 2-5 hours/week, including virtual monthly meetings.
