Endorsements Intern

Position Summary

Supports the Endorsements Team by assisting with relationship-building efforts, endorsement group/individual coordination, and outreach initiatives. Helps maintain positive relationships with community organizations, and all other endorsing groups/ individuals in support of the organization’s mission and strategic goals. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit partnerships, community engagement, or organizational development. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with outreach to current and prospective endorsers
• Support coordination and communication with community organizations and endorsers
• Help organize information like records, contact lists, and documentation regarding endorsements
• Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and endorsement-related events
• Support research on potential endorsements opportunities
• Help prepare materials and updates related to endorsements
