    Description

    Opportunity Description: Are you a seasoned professional looking to use your expertise for social good? Join us as a Volunteer Career Coach and help high-potential candidates break into their target industries.

    We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 10 years of experience to provide high-impact coaching. You will serve as a bridge between training and the workforce, helping participants navigate the nuances of the modern job market with confidence.

    Your Impact:

    As a coach, you will provide critical, real-world feedback to help participants refine their professional brand. Responsibilities include:

    • Mock Interviews: Conduct 1-on-1 practice sessions and provide constructive coaching.
    • Document Review: Audit resumes, cover letters, and professional portfolios.
    • Digital Presence: Guide participants in optimizing their LinkedIn profiles for recruiters.
    • Inspiration: Act as a source of encouragement and professional insight.

    • A professional with 10+ years of industry experience.
    • An energetic and optimistic mentor who enjoys seeing others succeed.
    • An approachable communicator capable of giving honest, supportive feedback.

    Commitment & Flexibility:

    • One-Time: Participate in a single "Interview Day" or resume workshop.
    • Ongoing: Follow a specific student or cohort throughout the training year.
