Program Support Assistant

Primary Mission: To provide flexible, hands-on support across all programs, ensuring the small details are handled perfectly so that every initiative runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help create and distribute feedback forms and surveys for program participants.
• Compile and organise program data, such as attendance records and testimonials.
• Prepare and share necessary materials (like resource lists or worksheets) with program attendees.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the other program volunteers as needed.
