    Description

    PLACEMENT PURPOSE

    To transport life - saving blood and blood products to area hospitals in Red Cross vehicle.

    TIMES AND DAYS NEEDED

    Variable; preferred commitment of at least 2 four shifts per month. There are day, night, and weekend routes.

    REQUIRED TRAINING

    Orientation to American Red Cross

    Defensive Driving course

    Transportation Specialist Training

    On-the-job training
