    Description

    Be an Online ROVER for Study Zone at KCLS!

    Support student learning! Volunteer to be a Room Rover on a Study Zone online shift!

    Room Rover is a non-instructor role providing extra support for library staff on the online Zoom shifts. Rotate through assigned rooms observe, convey messages and alert staff to support needs.

    The volunteer commitment is one shift per week (one hour for Reading Buddies shifts or two hours for Tutors shifts). Minimum of 3 months.

    Applications to be a Study Zone volunteer are accepted throughout the year. Training and support provided. The program is closed during school holidays. Academic community service credit is available for students. Study Zone programs are offered as a free service of the King County Library System.
