VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES SUMMARY
Outpatient Services Liaison: To provide general information and communication link between patients, family, and staff and to help patients and families with orientation to the Outpatient/Pretest department. The volunteer should be focused on the patient/customer needs to facilitate a smooth introduction and seamless experience. Communicate with colleagues and assist with time consuming needs such as kiosk sign-in, comfort issues, and assisting the registration and laboratory staff.
