The First Congregational Church of Revere Food Pantry is an emergency food provider for food insecure families in our community. We have been serving Revere and the surrounding area for the past 36 years. During the year, we serve about 900 families. We typically unload an average of 15,000 lbs of food throughout the week that we receive from the Greater Boston Food Bank.

As a Packing Food Bags Volunteer, you will assist with packing of food into bags at our food pantry in Revere.

This is an in-person role averaging 1.5 hours on Sundays beginning at 12:15 pm.

Duties include participating in an assembly line to make about 250 bags of 10-12 items. Stocking the line and breaking up cardboard is also needed.
