🌟Being a volunteer at CSFF is a totally unique experience as you get to work with your fellows to create an international screening platform out of Cambodia, and celebrate independent short films and global creativity. The true peak of volunteering at the 15th CSFF lies in our committee's valued support in your soft skill development, our continued commitment to promoting independent arts with Cambodian youth like yourselves, and our offer of enjoyable, yet practical experiences to you as volunteers, and collaborate with us to expand our short film spirit through creative celebrations and campaigns, beyond Phnom Penh.
👉🏼NOTE: The Main Festival period is from October 30th to 02nd November , 2026. Nevertheless, major events shall tentatively be separated into three stages:
- Stage 1 - Pre-Festival Audience Campaigns
(mid-August to mid-October, all in Phnom Penh)
- Volunteer Orientation
- CSFF Movie Nights
- Outreach Campaigns
- Activation/Influencer Campaigns
- Stage 2 - Festival Peak
(all in Phnom Penh)
- Press Conference (October 23th)
- Main Festival: Opening (October 30th) and Closing/Award Ceremonies (November 02nd )
- Post-Festival Wrap-Up/Certificate Handover (after November 11th )
- Stage 3 - Provincial Re-Screening Campaigns
(from November to end of December - subject to funding/resources available by that stage)
- Siem Reap,
- Battambang, and
- Kep/Kampot
