    Description

    Sante Imanité Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization focused on advancing health, education, leadership, and humanitarian impact through innovative community initiatives and global collaboration. Our organization is building programs that empower youth, students, families, and underserved communities through service, education, and advocacy.

    We are seeking a proactive, organized, and mission-aligned Volunteer Chief of Staff to work closely with executive leadership and help strengthen organizational operations, strategic execution, volunteer engagement, and board coordination.

    ## Position Overview

    The Volunteer Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic operations and leadership support partner to the organization’s executive leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, coordinating teams, initiating projects, improving organizational efficiency, and helping mission-driven initiatives move from ideas into action.

    The individual in this role will help ensure accountability, communication, and forward progress across organizational initiatives while supporting volunteer and board engagement.

    ## Responsibilities

    • Work closely with executive leadership on organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
    • Help coordinate operations, projects, and internal workflows
    • Track organizational goals, deadlines, and progress across teams
    • Facilitate communication and accountability among board members, volunteers, and leadership
    • Initiate and help lead operational and management tasks and efforts
    • Identify organizational gaps and recommend process improvements
    • Assist with volunteer recruitment, engagement, onboarding, and retention
    • Organize meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and action items
    • Help develop systems, policies, and organizational procedures
    • Support partnerships, outreach efforts, and organizational growth initiatives
    • Assist leadership in translating ideas into actionable implementation plans

    ## Qualifications

    Preferred candidates may have experience or strong interest in:

    • Nonprofit leadership or administration
    • Operations management or project coordination
    • Public health, education, healthcare, social impact, or community development
    • Startup environments or organizational growth
    • Volunteer coordination and leadership
    • Strategic planning and communication
