    Description

    A hospice office volunteer provides essential behind-the-scenes administrative support to care teams, ensuring efficient daily operations.

    Primary Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following:

    • Putting together admission folders, binders and other important documents for the team members.
    • Assistance with completing mailings
    • Potential to answer phones (if interested)

    Time Commitment: There is no minimum number of hours to volunteer, OnCare is happy to utilize whatever you are able to commit. Our office hour needs are 10am-2pm Tuesday - Friday weekly.

    Educational/Professional: Successful completion of 7 hour online OnCare volunteer training. Training is web-based and done at your own pace. After completion of the online training, volunteers will meet with OnCare staff to learn the duties.
