    Description

    Short synopsis

Help deliver approved informational materials to community organizations and designated community contacts in your area. Volunteers will support light in-person document delivery and simple delivery tracking to strengthen community awareness and information-sharing.

    Description

American Muslim Public Affairs Committee (AMPAC) is seeking volunteers based anywhere in the United States to assist with light community information delivery through the distribution of approved informational materials.

Volunteers in this role will help deliver printed documents to community organizations and designated community contacts provided or approved by AMPAC, support simple in-person handoffs where appropriate, and keep basic records of completed delivery activity. This role is intended to support general community awareness and information-sharing in a professional and organized manner.

Typical responsibilities may include coordinating a convenient drop-off time, delivering approved materials, confirming receipt where possible, and reporting back internally on completed delivery activity or any follow-up interest. Volunteers may also help organize delivery logs and identify any issues that should be elevated for internal review.

Volunteers may only contact or deliver materials to recipients designated or expressly approved by AMPAC, using approved scripts and materials. This is a community-service and administrative support role. It does not involve lobbying, legislative outreach, campaign activity, petitions, voter registration, fundraising solicitation, or political advocacy of any kind. Volunteers are not authorized to speak on behalf of AMPAC or provide legal advice, and questions should be routed to AMPAC. Volunteers will only use approved materials and approved communication guidance provided by the organization.

Ideal volunteers are dependable, respectful, organized, and comfortable representing a professional community information-sharing initiative.
