About Us:

I Can Make A Difference (ICMAD) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering families and communities through emotional wellness, youth engagement, and leadership development. We are seeking a volunteer consultant to support our upcoming strategic planning process.

Role Overview:

The consultant will collaborate with our leadership team to refine priorities, strengthen organizational direction, and develop a clear, actionable strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate planning sessions with board and staff.
• Review existing materials and identify key opportunities.
• Support goal setting, implementation, and evaluation planning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and nonprofit consulting.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Collaborative approach and clear communication.

Commitment: 3 - 2 hours session (remote, flexible schedule).
