    VISIT A HOSPICE PATIENT FOR COMPANIONSHIP NEAR YOUR HOME. HEART TO HEART HOSPICE WILL ALWAYS WORK AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE AND PROVIDE FULL TRAINING. WE SERVE THE TRI COUNTY DETROIT AREA AS WELL AS LIVINGSTON AND WASHTENAW COUNTIES.
