    Description

    The Literacy Council of Carroll County offers adults free, confidential one-on-one tutoring in reading, basic English, math, ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), and basic computing.

    Students are assessed and tutors and students are carefully matched. They meet one to two times a week in the Literacy Council Tutoring Center or other community locations. The Literacy Council offers training, support, and resources to tutors and students. www.carrollliteracy.org
