    Description

    Consumer Complaint Mediator - Prince George's County

    Help resolve complaints while gaining a better understanding of the rights and responsibilities of consumers and businesses.

    You will be trained in:

    • consumer protection laws
    • conflict resolution and mediation skills, and
    • settling disputes in areas such as sales practices, false advertising, repairs, landlord/tenant, and defective products.

    Use your life skills to solve problems and help others. This branch office in located in Largo in Prince George's County and parking is free. We also offer a $20/day stipend.

    We ask that you work ten hours per week split between two days; Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
