Executive Leadership Team- Walk to End Alzheimer's Western Maryland/Frederick

Are you an engaged and involved leader in Frederick, Carroll, Washington, Allegheny or Garrett counties? Do you want to help grow the impact of the Alzheimer's Association and the Western Maryland Walk to End Alzheimer's on October 11th? Then we need you! Join your local Walk to End Alzheimer's Planning Committee as a member of our Executive Leadership Team and help grow the movement to end Alzheimer's from the ground up.

This small group of senior organization leaders and business owners have strong ties to other community leaders and other businesses. This person must be willing to network on our Walk's behalf and build new relationships that may result in Walk sponsorships, company teams and more. ELT members are also willing to be Walk sponsors and form a Walk team.

You will receive resources and participate in an orientation to receive training on the basics of Alzheimer's disease, learn about Association programs and services, and receive an introduction to the Walk event model. Committee meetings will generally be held bi-weekly for 30 mins and, at this time, are being held virtually.

A connection to the cause is amazing, but is not required to join our committee! Together, we can create a memorable and moving event experience for our participants.
