    Community Impact & Programming Strategy Lead

    About the Role

    This is a volunteer remote role for a Community Impact & Programming Strategy Lead at The Healing Circle Foundation. This role will help shape program strategy, support community impact planning, and strengthen the foundation’s ability to serve families, youth, elders, and other community members.

    Responsibilities

    • Help develop and improve program strategy.
    • Support planning for community-centered and culturally responsive programming.
    • Assist with setting goals, outcomes, and impact measurements.
    • Provide input on partnerships with schools, service providers, and community organizations.
    • Help strengthen long-term program growth and evaluation.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in program development, education, social services, or community-based work.
    • Strong understanding of community needs and engagement.
    • Ability to think strategically and collaboratively.

    Required Skills

    • Program planning.
    • Community engagement.
    • Communication.
    • Organizational skills.

    Preferred Skills

    • Program evaluation experience.
    • Knowledge of youth, family, or elder services.
    • Data tracking or impact reporting.
    • Partnership development.
    • Bilingual (Preferred but Not Required)

    Fluency in a second language (Mandarin in addition to English) is a plus.
