    Description

Government for the people, not the profits. The movement for a working-class Virginia starts here.

Note: If you are simply looking to sign the petition or volunteer for general tasks, please join our Discord or visit our website.

Jason Reynolds for Senate is a 100% worker-powered, no-PAC movement. We are running a statewide campaign while our candidate and our Campaign Manager (CM) both work full-time jobs. We are proving that you don't need corporate money to build power—you just need better organization. Because this is a grass roots effort, the position is in a volunteer capacity.

Please fill out this form if you are ready to own a piece of this operation. After submission, the campaign will reach out to schedule a 15-minute speed interview.

    The Role:

We are seeking a Compliance Auditor to act as an independent check-and-balance. This role is not about administrative "gatekeeping." It is about providing the public with proof that a campaign can be run by the working class, for the working class, without the influence of corporate consultants or shadowy dark money.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Independent Oversight: Perform weekly audits of our financial data to ensure our "People's Ledger" (public-facing website) remains accurate and current.
    • FEC Compliance: Draft quarterly FEC reports to ensure our grassroots operation meets the highest legal standards.
    • Data Storytelling: Analyze donation patterns to visualize our movement's power (e.g., "100% Individual Donors," "Average donation under $27").
    • Strategic Ethics: Act as the primary advisor to the Campaign Manager on FEC regulations and transparency best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Absolute commitment to the ethics of a "No-PAC" movement.
    • Experience in bookkeeping, data analysis, or legal research (preferred).
    • Ability to commit ~4 hours/week asynchronously.
