About the Role

ASCENDtials Yacht Club hosts monthly one‑day retreats that blend astronomy, ecology, cultural storytelling, wellness rituals, and community service. As part of the Retreat Support Crew, you’ll help create a beautiful, grounded, and welcoming experience for participants.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with retreat setup (Majlis seating, ritual stations, wellness tables)
• Support acupressure, breathwork, or cultural storytelling sessions (training provided)
• Guide participants through itineraries and reflection activities
• Help with food service, artisan vendors, and youth programming
• Maintain a calm, safe, family‑friendly environment
• Track hours through our volunteer portal (donation or waiver accepted)

Who You Are

• Grounded, creative, and comfortable holding space
• Interested in wellness, ecology, or cultural traditions
• Able to support both logistical and experiential tasks
• Excited to help build a new kind of community retreat model
