📢 Publicity & Outreach Lead (Starting ASAP)

Help us grow our audience! We need a creative communicator to get the word out to the neighborhood.

• Tasks: Advertise the event online, design/place lawn signs, and distribute flyers locally.
• Impact: You are the reason we’ll have a line around the block!

🌱 Plant Care & Preparation Team (2–3 Days Prior)

Perfect for those with a green thumb who want to help behind the scenes.

• Tasks: Assist with transporting plants to the rear of Post 12, arranging them for display, pricing items, and ensuring everything stays watered and healthy until the big day.
• Timing: Flexible shifts leading up to the event.

🏗️ Logistics & Setup Crew

Help us transform the Post 12 grounds into a beautiful marketplace.

• Tasks: Set up approximately 8 tables, chairs, and pop-up canopies to keep our volunteers and plants shaded.
• Requirement: Must be able to lift and move folding tables/canopies.

💰 Event Day Cashiers

The "face" of our sale! We need friendly, organized individuals to handle transactions.

• Tasks: Assist customers with purchases, manage simple cash/digital payments, and provide a warm "thank you" to our supporters.

🧹 The "Leave No Trace" Clean-Up Crew

Help us wrap up a successful day and leave the Post 12 building spotless.

• Tasks: Assist with breaking down tables and canopies, clearing any debris, and packing up remaining supplies.
