    AWL International Festival

    The Academy of World Languages is proud to host our annual International Festivalon Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 10 AM - 1 PM. Our International Festival celebrates our world language program and students’ cultural heritage. We enroll pre K - 8th grade students city-wide, from over 40 different countries in our World Language and English for Speakers of Other Languages Program (ESOL). Our International Festival showcases our students demonstrating their acquired language abilities in Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian and ESOL plus food, basket raffles, games and performances from around the world.

    We need volunteers to help serve food and run games.

    • Volunteers are needed to serve food and run games.: Saturday May 16 - 10:45 to 12:15 PST
    • Volunteers are needed to help serve food and run games.: Saturday May 11, 2024 - 12:00 to 13:15 PST
