Adult Volunteer Position: Member of the Finance Committee (approx. 2 hours per month)

Are you a current or former finance professional interested in the Foundation mission and helping to ensure the financial health of the organization? The Finance Committee provides financial oversight of the Foundation, guides all financial policies and activities, and ensures board membership is appropriately trained in understanding the organization’s finances. The Committee may also advise the executive director and appropriate staff on financial priorities and system operations, dependent upon committee specific expertise. The committee meets remotely once per month with occasional review work between meetings.

What we're looking for:

• CPA or comparable expertise/experience

• Non-profit accounting experience is a plus but not required
