    Volunteer Activation Team Member (Remote)

    About the role

    Help new and existing Volt Europa members find the right place to contribute. You'll welcome volunteers, introduce them to our European teams, and support their onboarding into meaningful roles.

    What you'll do

    • Welcome and guide new volunteers.
    • Match volunteers with teams based on their interests and skills.
    • Coordinate with national onboarding teams.
    • Follow up to ensure a smooth volunteer experience.
    • Help maintain volunteer forms and recruitment resources.

    We're looking for someone who

    • Enjoys working with people.
    • Is organized and proactive.
    • Communicates well in English.
    • Works comfortably in an international remote team.
    • Is (or is willing to become) a Volt member.

    Time commitment: 3–4 hours per week (fully remote and flexible).
