    Remote Learning Coach

    Are you passionate about helping students unlock their full potential? Do you thrive in a dynamic, supportive learning environment? We're looking for dedicated Learning Lab Coaches to inspire, guide, and empower learners every day!

    🧠 What You'll Do:

    • Support students in mastering academic skills across subjects
    • Foster a growth mindset and encourage independent learning
    • Collaborate with educators to tailor support strategies
    • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating lab environment

    🎯 Who You Are:

    • A patient, enthusiastic mentor with strong communication skills
    • Experienced in tutoring, teaching, or academic support
    • Comfortable with technology and adaptive learning platforms
    • Committed to access and student success

    📍 Location: 1905 Chapel Hill Road, Durham, NC 27707

    📅 Schedule: Once weekly, Monday - Thursday, 2hr shift

    1. Learning Lab - 10 am - 11:30 am (most need)
    2. Learning Lab - 12:30 pm - 2 pm (most need)
    3. Learning Lab - 3 pm - 4:30 pm
    4. Learning Lab - 5 pm - 6:30 pm
