    Description

    The Board Chair is a volunteer leadership role dedicated to guiding Que Blackout’s growth and impact. The Chair supports board engagement, upholds the organization’s values, and advocates for creative opportunities in the community.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead board meetings and support effective governance
    • Partner with leadership on strategic planning and oversight
    • Support board engagement and recruitment
    • Serve as an ambassador for Que Blackout

    Qualifications

    • Passion for youth, arts, and community impact
    • Board or leadership experience preferred
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Commitment to equity and creative expression

    Time Commitment

    Approximately 5–10 hours per month (volunteer, unpaid)
