    Description

    Hospice Companion - Irving

Enjoy spending time with seniors? Want to give back? Volunteer with Medical City Hospice and Family Care and provide companionship and caring presence to hospice patients living at a DFW community or at home in the Irving area. No experience required. Listen to stories, watch TV, listen to music, talk about sports or movies, hold hands, and make a difference in a person's day.

You will receive free orientation and training and will be able to meet patients to read, share stories, listen to music, or provide respite for family members. Your companionship and caring presence ensures that patients spend the end of their life in dignity and comfort. Medical City Hospice and Family Care has many other locations throughout the DFW area and surrounding cities.

Training and orientation will be arranged to fit to your schedule. Contact Medical City and Family Care 469-872-4642
