    Role Description

    The Web Development & Automation Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s website and digital tools. This role ensures that web platforms effectively support donation campaigns, integrations, and user experience while implementing automation processes that improve efficiency and conversion.

    Responsibilities

    ● Maintain and optimize the organization’s website.

    ● Build landing pages for donation campaigns.

    ● Manage integrations (payment platforms, CRM, email).

    ● Develop and implement automations and forms.

    ● Enhance UX/UI and optimize for conversion.

    Key Skills

    ● WordPress, Wix, or Webflow.

    ● AI tools for web development.

    ● Basic HTML/CSS.

    ● No-code tools (Zapier, Make).

    ● Google Tag Manager.

    ● Web optimization (speed, technical SEO).
