Redoing Robotic cow radio control wiring/movements

We have Moozie the "robotic"/mechanical cow where the radio/audio wiring is outdated, as is the overall life-sized build. Would like to make Moozie look more professional and flexible. She would perform with more entertaining style and deliver even more impact. This beloved cow helps reinforce kindness with children.

This is a fascinating project for the person/team who likes to collaborate/work with technology including audio/sound and movements. The new updated Moozie would have audio capabilities to not only provide remarks on kindness but also respond to children's questions/comments. She would move based on more advanced technology.
