    Description

    Resilience, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving the mental health of students, as well as reducing mass shootings, suicide, and depression. Resilience, Inc also works to combat declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.

    Our organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through five core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience, Inc. also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, and overall well-being.

    Our mission is to teach SEL at every school in the country. It is a tough challenge, but we know “No Challenge, No Change.” If you are also concerned about children’s mental health and social being, join us!     Key Responsibilities:

    Responsible for creating training videos, guides, and quizzes that teach directors and project managers how to lead (Should be clear and engaging).

    • Meeting with directors and project managers and conducting training sessions.
    • Focus on different parts of the Directors and Project Managers Responsibility doc.
    • Training new leaders (one on one).
    • Try and help them in a nurturing way, ease any anxieties they may have, and ask them if they need help with anything leading wise.
    • Joining the workshops we will be doing bi weekly.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to create clear and engaging training videos, guides, and quizzes.
    • Ability to meet with directors and project managers and conduct training sessions.
    • Ability to focus training on different parts of the Directors and Project Managers Responsibility doc.
    • Ability to train new leaders one on one in a nurturing and supportive way.
    • Ability to ease anxieties and provide leadership guidance when needed.
    • Ability to join and participate in bi weekly workshops.
