    About AVET:

    Apostolic Voice Education Trust (AVET) is a Christ-centered, volunteer-driven organization empowering African communities through education, leadership development, discipleship, mental wellbeing, and community transformation.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Volunteer Lead for the Support & Enabling Programs Pillar to guide programs that provide operational, technical, and communications support to all AVET pillars, ensuring smooth program execution and volunteer coordination.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and oversee all programs under the Support & Enabling Programs Pillar

    Mentor and guide Coordinators and volunteers

    Plan and approve administrative, IT, communications, and logistical support initiatives

    Ensure programs align with AVET’s mission and Christ-centered values

    Report progress and impact to the Founder / President

    Represent the pillar in organizational meetings

    Qualifications / Skills:

    Leadership and team management experience

    Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

    Knowledge of communications, IT, or project support is a plus

    Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities

    Commitment to AVET’s mission and Christ-centered values

    Time Commitment:

    Flexible; includes weekly planning, oversight, and program support
