    About Nutrition Clarity Foundation

    Nutrition Clarity Foundation is a community-based nonprofit providing free nutrition literacy resources and community education. We help individuals and families better understand food labels, ingredients, and everyday grocery decisions in clear, accessible ways.

    We partner with local health departments, public libraries, and community organizations to expand access to nutrition education and community learning opportunities.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Volunteer Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day organizational tasks and help keep projects moving forward.

    This role focuses on assisting with small operational tasks, scheduling, and administrative support that help our programs and outreach efforts run smoothly.

    It is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving, and helping mission-driven projects stay on track.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with scheduling workshops and events on online platforms
    • Help organize project tasks and keep track of deadlines
    • Support outreach and follow-up emails when needed
    • Assist with organizing documents, spreadsheets, or contact lists
    • Help coordinate small operational tasks that support programs and events
    • Provide general administrative support to help keep operations running smoothly

    Tasks may vary depending on current projects.

    Qualifications – Must Have

    • Strong organizational skills
    • Reliable communication and responsiveness
    • Ability to manage small tasks independently
    • Comfortable using tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, or scheduling platforms

    Preferred

    • Experience with virtual assistant work, project coordination, or administrative support
    • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms
    • Interest in nonprofit work or community initiatives
