    Social Media Content Creator/Coordinator

Lillie’s Home is a faith-rooted nonprofit based in Northeast Ohio, dedicated to supporting women and families through emotional wellness, trauma recovery, kinship and adoptive caregiver support, and soon, long-term supportive housing for pregnant and postpartum women. We serve those impacted by anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and chronic life stressors.

    Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and mission-driven Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence, engage our community, and share the impact of our programs. If you're passionate about storytelling, mental health, community care, and social justice-this is the perfect opportunity to make a difference!

    What You’ll Do:

    • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

    • Work with the team to highlight programs, fundraisers, client stories, and events

    • Develop social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement

    • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency

    • Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and track basic analytics

    • Help with campaigns for awareness weeks, giving days, and events

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Passionate about Lillie’s Home’s mission and values

    • Experienced with Instagram and Facebook

    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

    • Organized, proactive, and creative

    • Able to commit 5-8 hours/week (flexible and remote)

    What You’ll Gain:

    • Experience building a nonprofit brand

    • A chance to elevate stories that matter

    • Support from a small, dedicated team

    • Meaningful contribution to a growing grassroots movement
