    VETERANS, WE NEED YOU! (Gwinnett County)

    Aveanna participates in the We Honor Veterans program, which offers veteran centered care for veterans and their families at the end of life. Veterans make up approximately 25% of hospice patients and can benefit from spending time with other who have also served. What can veteran volunteers do?

    • Veteran to Veteran companionship
    • Pinning ceremonies for veterans
    • Community outreach
    • Holiday veteran events and projects

    No experience is necessary and all training is provided. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
