    Description

    Programme Coordinator

We are looking to bring one additional person into a coordination role for our language-learning initiative.

This role involves taking responsibility, making decisions independently, and following through without reminders. It is not a symbolic or advisory role, but it requires consistent engagement and comfort with ambiguity.

    The main responsibilities include:

    • Interviewing volunteer teachers
    • Handling logistics and communication
    • Flagging issues and acting on them

This role is best suited for someone who:

    • Is reliable
    • Is at least B2 in English
    • Is comfortable making decisions without constant approval
    • Can commit 3-4 hours per week consistently

If this sounds like something you would genuinely enjoy doing, please reach out.

Before confirming the role, we will organise an interview where attendance is compulsory and where we will ask you to take on a small, concrete task to see if the fit works on both sides.
