Root For Change is a youth-led organization(awaiting an official 501(c)(c) status) that aims to address environmental issues; We hope to engage individuals in fun activities to help combat the environmental crisis, and inform the general public about the health of their environment. We are more than pleased to hear that you are interested in joining us on this mission.Please keep in mind the fact that all the roles are voluntary!

AGE REQUIREMENTS: 11 - 25

• strong writing and analytical skills

Which teams you will work with ──★ ˙🌿 ̟ !!

1. Design lead(Directly)
2. Content lead, newsletter team and lead, videocreators (Indirectly)

How this works ──★ ˙🌿 ̟ !!

Responsibilities ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. pick a topic from the content idea list and conduct in-depth research on that topic. the newsletter team and graphic designers will use these analytics to create content.
   1. we will credit you in the content you create! we are firm believers that proper credit should be given where it is due!
   2. we are planning on publishing independent blogs where your work will be featured. this will be executed by the end of the summer.
2. deadlines usually extends from the first to the 10th day of the month
3. we will give you a template so you can organize your research.

Others ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. you will be able to reach out to your design lead if you need a break, extension or have any other concerns.

Hour awards ──★ ˙🌿 ̟ !!

1. you are responsible for tracking your own hours. all your hours must be self-reported through a spreadsheet we provide you with, otherwise we wouldn't be able to give you those hours.
