🎙️ The Compassion Exchange — Volunteer Team Call
We’re building something powerful—and we need all hands on deck to bring it to life.
The Compassion Exchange is a live, interactive conversation experience, modeled after "Tonight Conversations" with a deeper agenda. It's a space where real people come together for real talk, real healing, and real growth. No performance. No pressure. Just honest conversation anchored in truth, compassion, and transformation.
Why This Matters (Big Picture)
Adult discipleship is shifting:
- People want voice, not just instruction
- They want truth, but with compassion
- They want community, not crowds
We are intuitively building what the Church is moving toward.

📱 Social Media Team
Help us spread the word and build momentum!
- Create engaging posts & reels
- Promote event awareness
- Capture behind-the-scenes content
- Help grow our community online
🎬 Event Production + Set Design
Help us create the atmosphere people walk into and instantly feel at home.
- Stage / room layout design
- Lighting & ambiance setup
- Seating arrangement (intimate, conversational style)
- Visual aesthetic direction
🎤 Host / Facilitator Team
Be the voice that helps guide the room with warmth and clarity.
- Lead conversations with structure and flow
- Create a safe, welcoming environment
- Guide transitions between segments
- Hold space for honesty + depth
🧠Event Planning & Itinerary Team
Help shape the flow of the experience.
- Build run-of-show schedule
- Organize timing and transitions
- Coordinate segments (welcome, discussion, reflection, closing)
- Ensure smooth flow from start to finish
🧠Discussion + Topic Development Team
Help shape conversations that actually matter.
- Develop real-life, relevant topics
- Create guiding questions
- Ensure spiritual grounding (Scripture + wisdom integration)
- Curate themes that resonate with adults today
🎙️ Panel Guests / Voices
We’re looking for thoughtful, grounded voices who are willing to:
- Share real experiences (not performances)
- Engage in honest dialogue
- Speak with wisdom, humility, and openness
- Help facilitate healing-centered conversation
We’re not just hosting an event.
We’re building a movement of compassionate conversations that lead to transformation.

⏳ Volunteer Commitment Details
- 📍 Time Commitment: Flexible, role-based (approx. 2–6 hours/week leading up to event; additional hours during event week)
- 📅 Meetings: 1–2 planning check-ins per week (virtual or in-person depending on team)
- 🤝 Event Day Participation: Required for setup, execution, and breakdown (timing varies by role)
- đź’¬ Communication: Active responsiveness in group chat for coordination updates
- 🌿 Commitment Level: Collaborative and team-based — consistency matters more than perfection
- ❤️ Heart Requirement: Willingness to serve, communicate, and contribute to a respectful, purpose-driven environment
