Volunteer Opportunity: Friendly Visitor & Activity Companion

Setting: Memory Care Community
Are you looking for a meaningful way to support an older adult through friendship and companionship? We are seeking volunteers to provide one-on-one visits with an individual living in a memory care community.
Volunteer Activities May Include:
- Friendly visits and conversation
- Listening to music together
- Talking about dogs, nature, and the outdoors
- Enjoying simple social activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
Volunteer Qualifications:
- Patient, kind, and dependable
- Comfortable interacting with older adults experiencing memory loss
- Able to communicate clearly and allow extra time for responses
- No gender preference
About the Participant: This participant enjoys dogs, music, dancing, and the outdoors. He benefits from calm, one-on-one social visits and meaningful connection with others.
Commitment: Flexible scheduling based on volunteer availability.
