• Recognized with Candid Platinum Transparency, demonstrating the highest level of nonprofit transparency and accountability.

Board Members

The Board of Directors provides governance, fiduciary oversight, accountability, and responsible stewardship, ensuring the organization remains faithful to its mission, values, and long-term sustainability.

Board members safeguard the organization's mission, uphold sound governance, exercise fiduciary responsibility, and support the long-term health of the sanctuary. Rather than managing day-to-day operations, the Board provides governance and oversight while empowering executive leadership to lead the organization and carry the mission forward.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy thoughtful leadership, strategic thinking, and helping organizations grow responsibly.

Mission Teams

Mission Teams are collaborative groups that help advance specific organizational priorities.

Working alongside leadership, Mission Team members contribute their experience, skills, and perspectives to meaningful initiatives while operating within clearly defined goals, responsibilities, and organizational systems.

Mission Teams don't replace leadership—they strengthen it by helping great ideas become meaningful progress.
